Speaker Information All speakers are required to provide the following information:
The abstract should introduce and give a brief overview of the topic. Please include the title, author(s) and their affiliations. It should be kept to one/half page. Brief Biography A short paragraph on authors background, qualifications etc. Written Paper (to be published in the Proceedings) The deadline for submitting your paper is Friday, 18 September 2009. Please send your final version as an e-mail attachment to David Burns, burns@tjh2b.com. You will receive a confirmation once your paper has been received. Speakers are required to observe the following non-commercialism policy: Non-commercialism policy. PowerPoint Presentation Speakers will have approximately forty to forty-five (40-45) minutes to present their material unless otherwise specified. Here are a few tips to ensure a viewer-friendly presentation.
Please e-mail your presentation by Friday, 16 October 2009 but remember to bring a backup copy (either on disc or portable USB drive). Also, if your presentation has any special effects including video, sound, animation, etc please let me know in advance so that we can coordinate with the on-site AV staff to prevent any last minute complications. Speaker Registration Though speakers and panel session contributors are given complimentary access to the conference, we need you to formally register using the "speaker" option so that we can maintain accurate attendance records. |
